| Payment Policies & Procedures |
• We require 20% of the rental fees to complete the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
• A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required when final payment is made. This will be issued back to you 2 days after your departure pending an inspection for any damages or missing items.
• If you cancel anytime, all monies received will be returned to you (less $150) if the unit is re-rented. If the unit is not re-rented then there will be no refund issued except the security/damage deposit (if already paid).
• Payments accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Email Money Transfer
